What is your return policy?

For health and safety reasons, all of our underwear is final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange unless in their original, unopened packaging. If you wish to make an exchange or return, all items must be in their original, unopened packaging. We accept returns on all unworn, undamaged underwear with all within 20 days of delivery. 

For all orders, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage.

Outbound shipping from our warehouse is not covered, including exchange orders.

Please note while we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages, we will handle it together with you.

For all eligible refunds, we will refund you the total cost minus a restocking fee.

What is your return policy for sale items?

If the item you purchased was on final sale, we cannot issue a refund.

How do I make a return or exchange?

It's simple: just send us an email at to initiate your return or exchange. 

Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know it, one tip is to try searching for “Order Confirmation” in your email inbox.

If you need your exchange pair sooner rather than later, we suggest requesting a refund and ordering the next pair separately.

How do I make a gift exchange?

Drop us a line at The more information you provide about the gift giver, the better! 

Please provide the size and color of the new pair you'd like for the exchange. Let us know the best shipping address and we can send the new pair to you directly.

When can I expect my refund?

It can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund. Your refund will issued on the same payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, paypal, amazon pay). Please note that in the case of currency exchanges, you will receive what you paid at the time of purchase.
