Our underwear is made from micromodal. Our micromodal comes from beechwood trees and is spun into a fine fabric that has the softness of silk and the breathability of cotton. The underwear is made using a close-looped manufacturing process that's 95% efficient, meaning that much of the production materials can be reused. The result of all this is a textile that is silky-smooth, breathable, and cool to the touch.
Yes! Our underwear is vegan and cruelty-free🌱. No animal materials are used in the manufacturing process.

Hold your Nooks close and spend quality time together, remember to send flowers on major anniversaries, never go to bed mad at each other, and tell them “I love you” at least once per day.
Also, make sure to machine wash cold on gentle cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry low, dry clean or iron.
Once you start to collect a few pairs, store them together within arms - you'll never know when adventure calls.
Like a hug from a long lost lover. Like a gentle kiss on the "cheek" from an angel. But seriously, they're nice and snug, but not too tight. You can still kick ass and take names in them if that's your thing. You can also do everything else while being twice as comfortable.
The underwear stretches 12 inches (31cm) from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg opening - so about mid thigh.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up and choosing the larger of the two. The waistband is nice and stretchy to accomodate small discrepancies in sizing.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of 3 pairs or more. For all other orders under, there will be a small shipping fee. Our standard U.S. shipping takes about 3 - 5 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed. International orders take anywhere from 7 - 21 days to arrive depending on your location.
Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that orders will only be shipped out the same day if they're placed before 8am CST. All orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 8am CST will be shipped out the next business day!

Domestic orders (within U.S.) will take 3-5 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed. International orders may take 7-21 days to arrive from the time the order is placed depending on your location.

Returns and exchanges
Please note, all underwear sales are final unless unworn and in their original packaging.
Just send it back to us through your local post office. For all orders, we cannot cover return postage.
If you got the wrong item, size or color and want to exchange it, just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be happy to assist you. To exchange an item, it has to be in its original, unopened packaging.
If you requested an exchange, and we do not have the requested item in stock, then you will be given a refund for the returned item once it reaches our warehouse. If you have any questions, please reach out to email@example.com, and we will be glad to assist you!
Once an order is placed, it can only be changed in the first 4 hours. After that, it can't be changed. However, you can place another order for the correct item and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the original order.
If the wrong order has already been shipped, then just send it back to us once you recieve it for an exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover return and outbound shipping from our warehouse for return or exchange orders.

Click the 👤 icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on the "Forgot?" link and a you will be prompted to enter your email so we can send you a password reset link. If you don't see a reset your password link come to your inbox, it's possible you originally checked out as a guest and don't have an account. We'd suggest trying to create a new account.

To place an order, go to the product page on getnooks.com for the item you’d like to purchase. Select the size you want by clicking on one of the options below the item description. (Be sure to consult our Size Guide first!).
Then, select one of the color icons below that to choose which color you’d like. Finally, select the quantity you’d like and click ‘Add to Bag’ This will pull up a Shopping Cart to show you what you have in your bag.
That bag will disappear to allow you to keep browsing, but don’t worry! You can return to it at any time by clicking the Bag icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Once you’re ready to complete your order, click the black ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Bag Sidebar.
This will take you to a new page where you’ll enter your contact and shipping information. You’ll also have the option to use different payment methods at this time if you'd like. Be sure to apply any gift cards or discount codes you have on the right side of the screen! Once you’re done, click the black button labeled ‘Continue to Shipping’
Select the shipping method you’d prefer, and click ‘Continue to Payment’
Finally, enter your credit card information, as well as your billing address. You can change any of the information you’ve entered at any time by clicking ‘Card’, ‘Information’, ‘Shipping’ or ‘Payment’ at the top of the screen under the Nooks logo.
Once you’re done, click ‘Complete Order’ sit back, and wait for you underwear! We'll send you a few emails over the next few days with the order and shipping confirmation.
Once you’ve clicked on the bag icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your bag and click "CHECKOUT". Enter your code in the field marked "Gift Card or Discount Code" on the right side of your screen. Click "APPLY" and your discount will be deducted from the total.
If you're shopping on your mobile device, you will enter the coupon code on the same screen that you enter your payment method.

Our website is 100% secure and we follow the same security procedures as all of the big name stores. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done with SSL encryption to make sure it's secure.
Our payment processor has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.
You'll only be able to use one coupon code per order. Save the other for a rainy day.
However, you can use a gift card with a discount code. A discount code will deduct either a fixed amount or percentage from the subtotal of an order. A gift card, on the other hand, works the same as a predetermined cash balance that deduct from the grand total at checkout. You can apply both during the checkout process by entering the codes into the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' box.
